Where Can I Go for More Information?

The staff of the SEC’s Office of Small Business and the SEC’s Small Business Ombudsman will be glad to assist you with any questions you may have regarding federal securities laws. The entire text of the SEC’s rules and regulations is available through the U.S. Government Printing Office or from several private publishers of legal information. In addition, numerous books on this subject have been published, and some are available at public libraries. As of this writing, the following volumes of Title 17 of the Code of Federal Regulations (the SEC’s rules and regulations) were available from the Government Printing Office:
